If you would be interested in a commercial exhibit at the St. Croix County Fair, and help us make this our best fair in St. Croix County history. Please call or e-mail us, and we will send you the information you need to be an exhibitor at our newly improved St. Croix County Fair. Click on buttons below to view and print necessary documents.

Please measure your trailer for accurate space allotment.

  • No equipment, such as tables, chairs, or shelving will be provided.
  • NO PA SYSTEMS or AMPLIFICATION DEVICES ALLOWED
  • May tear down on Monday after the Fair from 10AM - 3PM
  • Campsites for self-contained campers may be available on the fairgrounds, but must be reserved and pre-paid. Contact Warren or Lori DeBoer at 715-491-0221 for more information. The Glen Hills Campground is located south of the fairgrounds on Hwy 128 but is not affiliated with the Fair.
  • One parking pass, valid Thursday-Sunday, is included with your paid exhibit space. Additional vehicles will need to purchase separate parking passes, or pay daily parking rates at the gate. (There is no separate admission fee to the Fair).
  • A reserved parking space option is available for commercial exhibitors if requested and paid for by July 1st. Cost is $60 per single parking space for the duration of the fair.

The St. Croix County Fair exists in part to provide a means for exhibitors to temporarily present their products or views, be they commercial, religious, or political in an orderly, safe, and efficient fashion. Anyone desiring to exhibit must apply for booth space as set forth in the St. Croix County Fair Commercial Handbook, and comply with the terms and conditions of the space rental agreement. Exhibit shall mean activities, including, but not limited to, petitioning, proselytizing and/or the sale, posting or distribution of any merchandise, products, promotional items and printed or written materials. Sale or distribution of any merchandise, including printed or written material except under agreement by the St. Croix County Fair and/or from a duly licensed location is strictly prohibited.
